Alitheia Ministries
Alitheia Ministries is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Lakeville, Minnesota. Since our founding in August 2021, we have been committed to equipping the next generation of Christian leaders through transformative programs that cultivate faith, integrity, and leadership.

Our Leadership Team
Rooted in more than twelve years of outdoor ministry and leadership experience, and strengthened by expertise in education, business, and technology, the Alitheia Ministries team is devoted to equipping Christian leaders to make disciples of all nations. Guided by faith and purpose, we move forward with open hearts, ready to follow God’s direction wherever He leads.
Our Story
Alitheia comes from the Greek word “á¼€λήθεια” (alÄ“theia), meaning truth.
It reflects John 14:6, where Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Even as the disciples feared His departure, Jesus reminded them that truth was not something lost — it was someone found.

Today, being a Christian often feels countercultural.
Faith can be seen as offensive or outdated, and many young believers feel torn between conviction and acceptance.
In a world filled with noise, expectations, and pressure, truth can seem distant, and the path forward unclear.

That struggle is real — 31% of Christians become unaffiliated between the ages of 15 and 29 (Pew Research).
A 2023 Pew report warned that Christianity could shrink from 64% of the U.S. population in 2020 to as low as 35% by 2070.
If nothing changes, generations of believers may continue to drift from the truth.

But Scripture gives us a clear calling in Matthew 28:19:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.”

At Alitheia Ministries, we believe revival begins with leadership.
We are dedicated to developing and supporting the next generation of Christian leaders — equipping them to live boldly, speak truth, and guide others back to Christ.

As James 5:19–20 reminds us, when a believer turns a wanderer from the truth, it saves their soul and brings redemption.
Our mission is to raise up leaders who will do just that — reversing decline by sharing truth and hope with courage.
Together, we will continue to make disciples of all nations and guide wanderers home to Jesus Christ.
