Joseph Blake
Executive Director
Joseph has served as the Executive Director of Alitheia Ministries since its founding. He began the process of building Alitheia alongside Bree in August 2021, and in June 2022, the organization was officially established with Bree and Christina as founding members. Joseph has several years of experience working with and managing young adults, along with a background in outdoor ministry. He also brings experience in operations and leadership, helping guide the organization with structure, vision, and long-term sustainability. His passion is to guide each generation to raise up the next as confident disciples, capable leaders, and faithful servants; continuing to make disciples of all nations.
Bree Weidenbach
Director of Outdoor Recreation
Bree has served as a founding member of Alitheia Ministries since its official establishment in June 2022. She began the process of building Alitheia alongside [Your Name] in August 2021. Bree holds a degree in Business Management and brings several years of experience working in camp ministry and with youth. She is passionate about creating environments where young people can grow in their faith, build strong relationships, and step into leadership.
Christina Rolf
Director of Leadership Development
Christina has served as a founding member of Alitheia Ministries since its official establishment in June 2022 and currently serves as Director of Leadership Development. She brings a passion for walking alongside individuals as they grow in their faith and step into leadership. Christina has experience developing others through intentional mentorship, discipleship, and relationship-driven guidance. Her work focuses on equipping individuals to lead with purpose, integrity, and a strong foundation of faith.

Seth Captain
Chairman
Seth joined Alitheia Ministries as Chairman of the Board in March 2026, after working alongside the organization as a strategist since June 2025. He currently serves as the Worship and Assimilation Pastor at Tomoka Christian Church’s New Smyrna Beach location. In his role as Chairman, Seth provides strategic oversight and works closely with leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. He brings a strong background in ministry leadership and organizational strategy, supporting accountability, governance, and sustainable growth.
Colin Paul
Treasurer
Colin serves as the Treasurer of the Board for Alitheia Ministries, providing financial oversight and helping ensure responsible stewardship of the organization’s resources. He is actively involved in his local church community and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, where he contributes to service and outreach efforts. Colin also regularly leads confirmation classes, investing in the spiritual development of young individuals. His commitment to faith, service, and accountability supports Alitheia’s mission and long-term sustainability.
