How We Measure Progress
Alitheia Ministries tracks progress toward our 2030 goal through the following key performance indicators.
Primary Measure
This is the primary measure of Alitheia’s impact, reflecting how many people are being equipped for Christian leadership and discipleship.
Participants
Individuals that have or are currently engaged across all Alitheia programs.
Secondary Measures
These indicators help ensure the quality, sustainability, and long-term impact of our programs.
Satisfaction
Evaluation scores collected from participants after programs, measuring overall satisfaction and experience.
Partnerships
Active relationships with churches, schools, volunteers, and donors that help expand the reach and impact of Alitheia Ministries.
Revenue
Financial resources including donations, grants, and operational surplus that sustain and grow the ministry.
Milestones to 2030
The following phases outline how Alitheia Ministries plans to grow toward its 2030 goal.
2026 - GROWTH
Focus on establishing consistent team rhythms and initial partnerships while beginning to engage participants through workshops and other programming.
End-of-Year Target:
30 Participants
2027 - EXPANSION
Scale programming and increase participation by building on the lessons and partnerships developed in 2026.
End-of-Year Target:
150 Participants
2028 - STRENGTHENING
Refine and develop internal systems, processes, and infrastructure to support long-term growth and prepare for the development of Camp Alitheia.
End-of-Year Target:
725 Participants
2029 - DEVELOPMENT
Purchase land and begin development of Camp Alitheia while continuing to expand partnerships, fundraising, and programming.
End-of-Year Target:
1,225 Participants
2030 - FULLFILLMENT
Through years of growth, experience, and faithful service, Alitheia Ministries will become a trusted source for Christian leadership and discipleship.
End-of-Year Target:
2,900 Participants
End-of-Year : Participant totals measured at the end of each calendar year.
Lifetime: Total participants engaged in Alitheia programs since the organization’s founding.
